This wonderful sea-facing apartment has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and redecoration. Expansive sea and coastal views are coupled with luxurious, pared-back interior décor and soft furnishings, making this is a superb holiday home for those looking for contemporary style and comfort. The outside patio area is furnished with high quality garden furniture and there is also beach equipment provided for guests’ use.

3 The Ridges is a split-level apartment, with an open plan living area offering superb, uninterrupted views of Maenporth Cove and Falmouth Bay. With a new heating system, double-glazed patio doors, lighting, carpets and complete redecoration throughout, it is light and bright. There is a fully fitted kitchen area, a dining area, and a comfortable sitting area. The corner sofa unit converts into a double bed (great for extra accommodation for larger families) and with free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Netflix, everybody’s needs are met. Patio doors lead out to a small private balcony, complete with a high table and chairs so you can sit and drink in the fabulous views over Maenporth beach and the surrounding coast. Stairs lead down to the two bedrooms on the lower ground floor, both of which have Freeview TVs and doors out to a large, sheltered patio and lawns looking out to the beach and Falmouth Bay beyond. The master bedroom has a king size bed and recently upgraded en-suite shower room with a big walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and is adjacent to the family bathroom which offers both a bath and a fitted shower above.

Full electric heating is provided and a high chair, cot and stairgate are available on request.

Upon your arrival at this holiday cottage, you will receive a complimentary luxury hamper to help you get settled into the Cornish holiday mode! This is inclusive of Cornish cream tea, (jam, clotted cream, scones, tea and milk) Cornish coffee and flowers! Please note that hampers may vary slightly.

The apartment was fantastic (to be honest our favourite out of the 5 or so we’ve stayed in on the Estate, and we’ve liked them all!) Really comfortable, well furnished and decorated. Overall the Estate is brilliant - we love the swimming pool, the proximity to the beach and the location as a base for exploring different parts of Cornwall is great.

We loved staying here - the sea views are amazing. It is a well-furnished apartment, decorated in a fresh and modern way with everything you might need. We loved being able to pop down to the beach, or go on long coastal walks, and it was only a short hop to Falmouth or Swanpool. We bought lunch from the beach cafe every day and hired kayaks and paddleboards and one evening ate at The Cove which was amazing. We weren’t able to use the Leisure facilities which was a shame - closed due to the pandemic. However that didn’t matter too much and although we never met the lettings staff they were always there online/on the phone to answer our queries and help us. We would love to come back and will treasure the memories, especially the plate of scones, Cornish cream and jam that was waiting for us upon our arrival. Yummy!

This is a fantastic property with amazing views of the sea from both levels. The decor is modern throughout and there is everything you could need for a week’s holiday. One of our favourite things was sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down with a glass of wine. We’ve stayed in numerous properties on the Estate and this is by far our favourite. We can’t wait to come again next year and stay in 3 The Ridges. Thank you!
