A barbecue is also provided for the use of guests. The property offers a well-equipped kitchen with everything required for family holiday catering. There is a useful cloakroom which incorporates a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, which can be made into a pair of twin beds if required. The bedroom opens onto a newly-decorated bathroom (not an ensuite shower room). The master bedroom also benefits from access to the full TV package available in the living room, as described above. The second bedroom is beautifully decorated and contains a double bed and plenty of storage. The third bedroom is cleverly designed with twin beds and a TV. The first floor also offers a large, newly-decorated family shower room. The property has free superfast broadband available to guests.

Outside, there is a private patio area, large expanses of communal lawn, and parking nearby.

Regrettably, guests are not permitted to bring dogs or pets of any kind to the property or site. However, owners are allowed to do so.
